sims got pwned
sims had a better econ (he went republic) and control of sea (watering hole) for the whole game, but his 60-100 kill-death ratio costs him the game. Even though he can temporarily sack my 2nd and 3rd cities, he never manages to kill my mass army from TCA (me Americans/sims Japanese).

next time i will steal tca. i had the resources, just forgot to build it (i thought better to go for fast gp attack).
